Shipping and Handling

• Orders will be processed within 3 full business days of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• Complimentary shipping on orders of $99 or more.
• $9.50 flat rate for orders below $99.
• For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery.
• Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.

Returns and Exchanges

• Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Sale items and custom items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
• You may exchange a full-priced item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only.
• If you need your exchange item expedited or need a different item/style number please process a return and place a new order. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.
• A $7 return shipping fee, per return, will be deducted from the refund.
