WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?

We have no minimum order quantities (MOQ). Whether you need a single custom piece to test out a concept or hundreds for a massive corporate event, we’ve got you covered.

CAN I MIX SIZES WITHIN MY ORDER?

Absolutely. You can split your order across an extensive run of sizes ranging from XS all the way up to 6XL.

DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL SAMPLES BEFORE I PLACE A BULK ORDER?

Yes, we do!

  • Digital Proofs: Pre-production digital mockups are included as part of our Fabric Pattern Design Service.
  • Physical Samples: Because we have no MOQ, you are welcome to order a single, physical pre-production sample of your custom garment to check the fit, fabric, and print before committing to a larger order.
WHAT DOES "ALL-OVER-PRINT, CUT-AND-SEW" MEAN?

Unlike standard promotional companies that just print a small logo on a pre-made shirt, we print your design onto rolls of raw fabric first, and then cut and sew those pieces together. This allows your design to go edge-to-edge, over the seams, and completely wrap around the garment with zero limits.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE THE ARTWORK, OR DO YOU DESIGN IT?

We can do both!

  • If you have a design team, simply send us your seamless pattern, and we will tile it across a larger surface to create a 3D shirt mockup for your preview.
  • If you don’t, our in-house design team can take your brand colors, logos, and ideas and create a custom concept for you.
WHAT IS A SEAMLESS PATTERN AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

A seamless pattern (or repeating pattern) is an artwork file designed so that the edges tile or "repeat" perfectly against one another without any visible lines or breaks. Any design feature cutting off on one border must perfectly align and reappear on the opposite edge. This allows us to take a single design square and infinitely repeat it across a large surface of raw fabric before it is cut and sewn into your custom apparel.

WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU REQUIRE FOR LOGOS AND DESIGNS?
  • For Logos: We prefer vector files in .SVG format. If an .SVG is not available, we can accept other high-resolution image types, provided they are crisp and not pixelated.
  • For Seamless Patterns: Please provide your files in .AI (Adobe Illustrator) format.

Our garments generally feature a modern, retail-ready fit. We provide a detailed Size Guide with exact measurements before you place your order so your team can choose their perfect fit.

WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU USE?

We use premium, high-performance fabrics selected for durability and comfort. This includes moisture-wicking polyester for our performance shirts, soft-wash cotton for our graphic tees, and lightweight, breathable fabrics for our Hawaiian shirts.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Because everything is made entirely from scratch, our standard turnaround time is typically 2 to 4 weeks from the date you approve the final design and submit payment.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?

Depending on our current capacity, rush production may be available for an additional fee. If you have a hard deadline (like a corporate event or trade show), please let us know immediately so we can check availability.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can ship your bulk order globally. Shipping costs and customs duties vary depending on the destination.

CAN YOU SHIP INDIVIDUAL SHIRTS TO MY REMOTE EMPLOYEES' HOMES?

Yes. We offer drop-shipping/fulfillment services where we can individually pack and mail garments directly to your remote team members. Contact us for specific pricing on split-shipping.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Because all orders are 100% custom-made for your brand, we require a payment in advance to begin production.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and wire transfers.
